Pilot

Private pilot terms

WaitBeam is a pre-release service being prepared for closed pilot testing with selected participants, for testing and evaluation rather than commercial use. These terms describe the current, non-commercial stage of the service. They do not replace the separate pilot agreement and data processing agreement that a participating business accepts in its own account.

1. Pre-release service

WaitBeam is a pre-release service under active development. It is being prepared for closed pilot testing and is available only to selected pilot participants, for testing and evaluation.

Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. No particular uptime figure and no binding support response time are promised.

2. No public registration

Public commercial registration is not currently available, and no public subscription is offered through this website.

Accounts are prepared by the operator for invited pilot businesses. The website offers no way to create an account, and public signup is refused by the service, not only hidden in the interface.

3. No charge during the pilot

Participation in the pilot is free of charge. There is no trial that turns into a paid subscription, and no payment data is requested, collected or processed.

Any later paid use would require a separate agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell WaitBeam.

4. Estimates, not commitments

Waiting times, positions and start estimates shown by WaitBeam are estimates. The participating business decides which guests it admits, in which order and for how long it serves them.

Each participating business remains responsible for informing its own guests and for its own legal bases for their data.

5. Existing pilot access

Existing pilot participants keep access to their accounts, including sign-in, password recovery, their dashboards and their guest queue pages.

A participating business accepts the separate pilot agreement and data processing agreement in account setup or in Settings; that document governs the processing of its guests' data. Information about WaitBeam's own processing is in the privacy information, and provider information is in the legal notice.

6. Ending participation

Either side may end pilot participation at any time. Return and deletion of pilot data follow the separate pilot agreement.

Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
